The possible reason is your wall button press time is longer or shorter than the normal operation time (2 seconds press time default in our setting).

Steps to set the customized door opening time

1. Locate your garage door on the homepage, then tap the 'edit' button situated on the right side of your device's icon to access the device settings page. 

2. Navigate to Advanced Settings -> Trigger Duration and select an appropriate time for your actual wall button press time.
