What should I do when my 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi have the same name and my Meross devices cannot get connected?

You can turn off the 5GHz Wi-Fi during the setup of Meross smart devices, then turn it back on again. Alternatively, you can move the Meross devices to a location where the 5GHz signal is weak and the 2.4GHz signal is stronger.
