What should I do when my Meross app is unable to control the added Wall Switch?

You can troubleshoot the following:

·Check your home Wi-Fi’s Internet connection.
·Make sure that your home Wi-Fi password hasn’t been changed.
·Do not use a metal faceplate with the Wall Switch, as that will decrease the Wi-Fi signal.
·Reboot your switch by pressing the restart button.
· If all else fails, factory reset the switch by pressing the power button for 5 seconds and try to add it again.
