My switch keeps dropping and cannot connect to the Wi-Fi.

Ensure your primary switch is covered with a strong Wi-Fi signal. If not, we recommend using a Wi-Fi range extender. Also, make sure your Wi-Fi password has not been changed. If it is still not working, please press the restart button to reboot your switch.
