1. HomeKit accessory no response?

a. We always recommend you use the latest iOS and HomeKit hub versions.

b. Make sure your accessory's firmware is up to date. Please click here for more instructions.

c. Power cycle your accessory and it will be back online.

d. Sometimes, the Apple Home app cannot find local devices that are actually online, you can exit the Home app and relaunch it. Or we suggest you use the Meross app to manage your accessory to avoid such issues.

e. If you have a HomeKit hub such as HomePod, or Apple TV, please make sure it's on the same Wi-Fi as the accessory. You can also give the hub a reboot to clear the cache. iPad is no longer recommended to be set up as the HomeKit hub after the OS16.

2. HomeKit accessory shows unavailable?

If you are out of your house and want to control the accessories remotely, you will have to set up a HomeKit Hub. Please click here to learn more.

If you still have any issues, please contact Meross Support.
