Based on some user feedbacks, the recent iOS upgrade may cause the HomeKit pairing issue, you can try below way to set up the accessory. This requires you to download the Meross app on your phone.
If you only use iOS:
1. Reset the smart device according to the user manual.
2. Keep the smart device in that mode for at least 15 minutes.
3. Open the Meross app-> tap the + button on the home page-> select your device model-> select the Non-HomeKit version to continue. For some model that doesn’t have the Non-HomeKit entrance, you can choose any other ones from the device list.
4. As long as you complete the setup and see the device in the Meross app, open the Home app, and simply scan the QR code on the device to add it.
If you also use Android:
1. Reset the smart device according to the user manual.
2. Open the Meross app-> tap the + button on the home page-> select your device model to continue.
3. As long as you complete the setup and see the device in the Meross app, open the Home app on your iOS, and simply scan the QR code on the device to add it.
