What should I do if I lose the HomeKit QR code or the QR code is not available?

If the HomeKit QR code is worn out or there is no QR code on the device (such as a smart LED bulb) and you have lost the user manual. You can still configure the HomeKit via the setup code.

1. Go to the "Device Setting" page within the Meross app and choose the "HomeKit setup code" function to retrieve the setup code. (Skip this step if you remember the setup code)

2. Follow the below steps to configure the HomeKit within the Apple Home app.
