9. Why I didn't find my device on "Select a Device Page" in Meross app?
1. Update your Meross app to the latest version before adding a new device.
2. Make sure you are not adding a device abroad. In a different country or region, Meross app may load a different device list which may not contain your device model. Meross does not recommend customers to use devices in different countries or regions, especially for those with different plug types, input voltage and etc.
3. Make sure your smartphones/ tablets are not using VPN or proxy services which may mislead Meross cloud with wrong location info.
