For iOS users, the Meross app will guide you to set up and manage MSS620BHK in Apple Home app. Please use iOS 13 or above. You can launch Meross app and add MSS620BHK once you finished the setup in Home app without resetting it. Meross app offers firmware update and troubleshooting, etc.
Note that HomeKit remote control requires you to install an iPad or HomePod or Apple TV in your house. Please go to Apple HomeKit website to learn more.
Some users feedback there was NO POWER OUTPUT after using the device for a while. Usually it is caused by an overload or short circuit which makes MSS620 blow its fuse* to avoid other SERIOUS DAMAGES in your home.
If you are experiencing NO POWER OUTPUT issue, please contact seller for solution.
* 10A rated fuse, please avoid using high power appliances, such as PUMP, POOL FILTER, MOTOR, etc.
