What should I do when the LED is solid red?

A solid red light indicates no internet connection.

You can troubleshoot the following:

  • Check the main Wi-Fi's internet connection.
  • Ensure that the main Wi-Fi password has not been changed.
  • Make sure your Meross Smart Plug is not too far from the main Wi-Fi.
  • Perform a factory reset of the Meross Smart Plug and try to add it again.
