Switch does not work

Warning: Please remember to turn off the circuit breaker and use a voltage detector for careful inspection before unplugging the smart switch from the electrical box to redo the wiring and solve the problem.

Please identify your problem and follow the instructions below to resolve it:

1. If all the brightness LEDs are flashing and you cannot turn the lights on and off, it means that you have connected Traveler-1 from the master switch to Traveler-2 on the add-on switch. Switching the wiring positions of T1 and T2 on the add-on switch will solve the problem.

2. If your light turns off automatically after it is turned on, this means that you have connected the load wire to T1 on the add-on switch. Reconnecting the load wire to Traveler-2 will solve the problem.

3. If the LED does not light up, please check whether the neutral wire and the live wire are properly connected.

4. If the status LED is on while the brightness LED is not flashing, and you cannot turn the light on and off, please check if the load wire is correctly connected to Traveler-2.
