For MSG100/MSG100HK:

Step one:    

Follow user manual to pair the remote and your existing opener. It requires to activate the learn button.   

1. Press and release the learn button on the garage door opener, the learn LED will light.

2. Within 30 seconds, press and HOLD below remote control button until the garage door opener light flashes or clicks are heard to indicate successful programming.

 *only the red arrow indicated button will work, as it is connected to the wire.

Step two  

If the remote is working with your opener, connect it with your Smart garage opener ‘Signal Control Cable’. The wiring clip supplies easy connection. Then your smart garage door opener can control this remote button. That means your opener is compatible!  

* Note: The wires connect to the bottom right button, so only this button is working with the smart garage door opener.   

For MSG200/MSG200HK:

1: Power on the MSG200/MSG200HK.

2: Open Meross App or Home App to configure the MSG200/MSG200HK.

3: Connect the MSG200/MSG200HK to the Accessory RGR551C through the signal cables in reference below picture.

4: Use the 4th button on the RGR551C, follow below steps to pair it with your ceiling garage door opener:

a. Close your door.
b. Press the yellow learn button on your ceiling opener once.
c. Immediately press and hold the 4th button on the RGR551C until the garage door light flashes or clicks are heard.
d. Use the 4th button to open and close your door.

5: Use Meross app or Home App to control the MSG200/MSG200HK. If everything goes well, you can open/close your door as well.
