If you are unable to obtain the 2FA code or the recovery code, please follow the steps below to recover your account:
Step 1:
Use the registered email address to send a request. If the account was registered with an invalid address or the mail server is not working, please confirm the following information. We need to protect user privacy:
1) Account name and the approximate date you registered the account.
2) The device models associated with the account. Please list at least two.
Step 2:
In accordance with Meross' privacy policy, our support team does not have permission to change user settings. We will send an email to you. Please reply with "Authorized," and we will escalate your request to our privacy team to disable 2FA for you.
