If you encounter the error "The setup code is incorrect" when pairing your HomeKit device, please follow these steps:
a. Ensure you enter the exact 8-digit code printed on the setup code label. If it continues to indicate an incorrect setup code, please contact Meross Support with a photo of your setup code label and a screenshot of the image. We will provide you with the correct setup code as soon as possible.
b. Follow the user manual to reset the accessory.
c. Power cycle the accessory. For light switches, please reboot it at the circuit breaker.
d. Configure the device again.
