If you encounter an error while pairing your HomeKit device, please follow these steps:
a. Verify if the smart accessory has lost power supply.
b. Reboot your iOS device to clear the Home app cache, then retry pairing.
c. Power cycle the accessory. For a light switch, reboot it at the circuit breaker.
d. Log in to your Wi-Fi router to check if MAC filtering or Access Control is enabled. If so, disable it until the accessory is successfully added.
