Important notice: 
1. It is recommended to factory reset the device before every setup, and complete the setup within 15 minutes.
2. If the device needs to be added to more than one system, please refer to this link , you need to use the new setup code for pairing.

3. If you use Alexa, prioritize Alexa as the primary matter ecosystem when adding matter-certified devices. If uncertain, consider resetting your device prior to setup, as Alexa's setup capabilities may currently be limited.

1) Ensure your devices connect to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.

2) Ensure granting Bluetooth permission. The device supports BLE version 4.2 or later.

To ensure successful pairing when adding Matter-certified devices, it is recommended to prioritize Alexa as the primary Matter ecosystem.

It is recommended to use the meross app to set up your Matter product and you will be better guided through the setup.

 

 

Product requirements:

1) Ensure there is a Matter logo on your packages or product.

2) Ensure you have the QR code or setup code with you. The QR code content starts with “MT:” and the setup code is an 11-digit number.

 
General troubleshooting(Can solve 95% pair failure cases)
 
1. Reboot your mobile phone to clear the app’s cache.
2. Follow the user manual to reset the accessory.
3. Power cycle the accessory.
4. Navigate to the iOS-> Settings-> General-> Matter accessories-> Remove the Meross from the list.
5. Configure the accessory again.
