Network requirements:

 

1. Ensure your devices connect to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.

 

2. Ensure Bluetooth permission is granted.

 

App/Hub minimum system requirements:

 

1. Apple Home, iOS 16.2, iPad OS 16.2, HomePod OS 16.2, tvOS 16.2, and watchOS 9.1. (Apple has supported Matter since 16.1, but we recommend that you update to the latest system version, or at least use it with 16.2.)
